Marbella,
(Malaga) approximately 3 km. from the sea on 62,000m2 of land . The
Centre is located directly between two golf courses. Every kind of
modern facility is available within immediate reach of the Centre,
guaranteeing the team's safety during its stay, in a region with
some of the best tourist attractions in Europe.
Two International Airports are conventionally located nearby: Malaga
Airport (50km. away) and Gibraltar (70 km). Very few cities in the
world can provide quality-training conditions at all times during
the year but this can be achieved in Marbella. This part of Southern
Spain, the Riviera between Malaga and Gibraltar, often called "European
Southern California", has particularly favourable climatic conditions
to provide the very best weather conditions for football preparations
and training. The region has 320 sunny days per year, temperature
never falls under 12 degrees Celsius and there is no humidity. These
natural conditions were crucial for the construction of the Centre.
In the Centre a building is located with locker rooms for three teams
and coaches, technical phase, room for analysis, as well as on the
roof of the building small stands with restaurant for observing training
and games, ideal for VIP's, sponsors or corporate guests.
